MARYMAII does not do refunds. We do however accept requests for exchanges. However if you wish to make an exchange, Kindly make a return & place a new order.
2.) RETURN POLICY
MARYMAII Merchandise must be returned to us (arrive at our location) within 7 days of delivery to the customer.
MARYMAII Merchandise must be in its original condition, it must have no make-up residue, no fragrance and no defects. It must be unworn and unwashed and returned in original condition.
MARYMAII merchandise sold under the “sale” category cannot be returned.
Items sold with a discounted price cannot be returned. Discount codes are however not considered the same as discount price, therefore orders which used discount codes can be returned.
MARYMAII intimates, accessories, hats, underwear, bodysuits, socks and footwear cannot be returned.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, the exact item you would like to exchange and the reason for the exchange.
We would then get back to you with the address the merchandise should be sent to.
Any couriers may be used however you would cover the cost of shipping this item.
4.) EXCHANGES AND PROCESSING
An exchange will be issued within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.
The original shipping charges are however non-refundable.
5.) DEFECTED ITEMS.
Defective or wrong items must be identified, with clear images of the defects, within 7 days of receipt and must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
Defective items are granted only as an exchange to the same item without defect and refund is not allowed unless the item is no longer available.
6.) DELIVERY POLICY
MARYMAII Items should be delivered to your address within 5-7 business days. The shipping may take sooner or later depending on your location.
